Booking

It is recommended to anyone wishing to stay at the hotel to book in advance and obtain the hotelier's consent. On the occasion of any reservation the customer will have to pay a deposit or a credit card number. The hotel contract is deemed to be concluded upon agreement between the parties. Bookings made on our website are effective after the debit of booking fees. In case of rejection, the hotel may cancel this reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. The hotel welcomes you 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Provision of a boat for our hotel guests.

Payment

The housing benefit is payable no later than the day of departure. For long term rentals, notes must be paid weekly.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express. It is also possible to pay by cash.
By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer can not oppose the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.
A credit card number will be required as a guarantee.
Room rates are per day. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the client subject to legal proceedings for the settlement of his due. Tourist tax

The breakfast

Cancellation / modification of reservation and commitment

Non-refundable reservation

Access to rooms, departure and arrival

The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total cost of the reservation on the website and must be paid separately directly at the property.

Pets

Pets are allowed with a supplement of 15 €. Pets are under the sole responsibility of his master. It is not allowed to leave animals alone in the room.
Guide dogs for the blind are admitted free of charge with prior approval of the hotelier.

Group

A reservation is considered group from 5 rooms reserved. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested at the time of booking to confirm the group. In case of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, excluding fixed cancellation fees of 100 €.
The deposit will not be recoverable for any cancellation or modification less than 15 days before the date of arrival.

Degradation and nuisance

In case of non-compliance with the rules of the hotel (available on site) the client will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund. Customers should not nail anything on the walls or move any furniture.

In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must stop between 22H00 and 8H00. A hotel room is a place of rest. All commerce is strictly forbidden.

Claim

Any claim on the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier on the spot.

Safe

Forgotten business

Items left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of March 31, 1896. Filouterie is an offense characterized by consuming a good or a paid service:

Acceptance of the rules and general conditions of sale
